Goods purchased from Brewing Supplies Online are invoiced and shipped as part of the sale agreement between the customer and Brewing Supplies Online. Handling of a purchase is usually two (2) working days. Any prediction of delivery is not contractual as we can not control the time logistic providers may require to transport goods to a delivery address. Brewing Supplies Online does not perform hand to hand pickup of purchased goods. Freight insurance is included in freight cost if purchased goods value exceeds logistics suppliers identified goods value. Shipping services are tracked services. Our suppliers perform Quality Assurance Inspections of their boxed goods to ensure boxed goods are complete. This ensures no missing items occur for your purchase of their unopened boxed goods when you receive them.

All shipping services offered are influenced by: shipping package style, goods type, speed of delivery, goods mass or volumetric mass depending on which is the greater, the freight mass division offered by logistics providers which the  consignment suits, the distance or region to where the consignment must travel,  the purchase price of the shipping service from logistics service providers, recovery costs for packaging materials used in the consignment, handling cost to prepare the consignment for shipping, delivery of consignment to freight centres; logistics service coverage area, and calculated GST for total shipping consignment.  

When any of the parameters for a mass division are exceeded the next mass division to create a consignment size is chosen. As part of special offers or discounted goods we may identify discreet costs for and individual shipping consigment to specific locations: alternate delivery locations to those identified and/or additional items may change the identified shipping cost. NB Regional freight charges now require a fuel levy to be met by the freight purchaser.

Logistics providers cost freight as actual mass division or volumetric mass division if  an object has a high volume with a low mass. Volumetric Mass is the volume of the object multiplied x (250 - 265) and expressed as a kg mass. Figure varies between logistic providers. The charge applied by logistics providers is for the highest of these two mass divisions. Regional freight charges are based on regional logistics provider fee, a 10.0% fuel levy, packaging material recovery costs, handling costs, and mandatory GST for the total freight service provided.

Kit orders comprising multiple boxes are costed against the number of boxes or cartons required to freight the order and if volumetric costings must be applied. Maximum volume: 1/5th cubic metre. To regional centres identified only. Other regional locations may require a national courier at a different freight rate. The fees identified are an estimate and may change due to change in courier charges. 

If an order is under 220mm x 120mm, less than 5mm thick, with a mass under 125g it will use a "small" tracked envelop at $8.51. If the order is under 220mm x 155mm, less than 20mm thickness, with a mass under 500g, it will use a "medium" tracked envelop at $10.75. If the order is under 325mm x 230mm, less than 20mm thickness, with a mass under 500g, it will use a "large" tracked envelop at $12.54. Orders thicker than 20mm are defined by Australia Post as parcel freight. Prices include purchase of Australia Post Packaging..  Goods which do not fit  standard packaging are defined as oversized goods. 

Australia post freight is based on 5.0kg mass for each defined freight volume. It is the same fee whether you freight 50grams or 5.0kg. Usually "multiple" small items can be consigned without having to increase the cost of the required freight service. 

The price of freight comprises Australia Post delivery charge, the cost of required Australia post packaging, handling and delivery fee to Australia Post centres. Freight services sold to a customer must include 10% GST.  Australia Post Prices as of July 2023. Goods Insurance $2.50 addition to the base freight cost for each $100.00 of goods or part thereof  exceeding $100.00. Prices listed are for freight below $100.00 value. Goods considered unsuitable for Satchel freight are despatched using carton freight.

Australia Post National boxed freight is defined by total mass, order volume, and delivery zones. It is for boxed orders greater than 5.0kg up to 22kg and under .1 of a cubic metre. If an order has a high volume while having a low weight it may be costed as a volumetric weight by logistics services ie.actual volume in cubic metres  x 250 and expressed as a kilogram mass.  It is too complex to post this data in this article. If  you select an item to buy and  go to the shopping cart you can enter your "delivery post code".  Your boxed freight options will be displayed. You then select your freight options. Each time you add a new item freight will be recalculated for all the items in your cart. Not every post code may have boxed freight services available to that location.  The prices advised are based on freight providers base prices.National boxed freight may also require freight insurance.

Hand to hand return of goods is unavailable.

Application for refund for suitable items will not be processed until goods have been returned by the purchaser and inspected by Brewing Supplies Online.

Hand to hand return of goods is not available. All returns require the  Brewing Supplies Online Returned Goods Form to be emailed to Brewing Supplies Online and processed before returning goods.

If "Free Return" is offered Brewings Supplies Online will meet the return freight cost for the relevant item so that each party has paid freight on the item being returned.

An available refund will equal the advertised goods sale price paid by the purchaser. Transaction fees paid to a third party can not be refunded if financial services were effectively provided.

If cash refund is offered for an elligible refund it will be via an electronic funds transfer to the purchaser's financial institution after goods return and inspection.

Refund requires "a copy of the original purchase invoice" to be provided to Brewing Supplies Online by the claimant as either hard copy or digital format when submitting Return Goods Form.

Application for Refund must be applied for within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date stated on purchase invoice.

Refund may take as much as fourteen (14) days when courier freight services are used to return goods within Australia. For locations outside of Australia this may be extended.

If goods are lost or damaged during return by the purchaser a claim must be made with the logistics provider used before a return can be processed.

Brewing Supplies Online advises it does not offer Change Of Mind Refund for any edible food or drink product, food or drink product discount bundle, or seasonal food or drink products;

Refund is not available for an item that is not the item originally dispatched to the purchaser.

Refund is not available for items which have unstated damage, have evidence of heavy use, or have components missing.

The purchaser must meet warranty return freight charges while Brewing Supplies Online will meet the return freight costs after the goods are repaired or replaced. Brewing Supplies Online reserves the right to refuse a fit for purpose warranty claim if: goods do not have a fault preventing their use; goods can be safely used for their stated purpose; the goods are as advertised before purchase; the goods have been unofficially modified; goods have been mis-used; attempts have been made to repair goods before return; a purchase invoice is not provided to support a warranty claim; requested evidence is not provided by the claimant.

The purchaser in accordance with Australian Law is responsible for the return freight costs to Brewing Supplies Online to effect a product fit for purpose claim, unless the object has a large volume or size to be freighted. In this circumstance Brewing Supplies Online will identify a mechanism to effect such claim.
