Refund Terms

 
Refund will occur if a delivered product can not be used for its stated purpose. Damaged or broken glassware will require a freight insurance claim.
      
Refund will occur if product received has a manufacturing fault preventing it from being used.
      
Refund will occur if product received is vastly different to the product advertised.
      
Refund will occur if product received is identified as unsafe to use.
      
Refund will occur if product received can not perform the proposed purpose identified by the vendor: excludes damaged glassware.
      
Change Of Mind Refund is not available for purchased edible consumables used to manufacture food or drink items.
      
Refund is not available for the fees paid to a third party during purchase and these parties will have meet their service requirement.
      
We endeavour to pack glassware to endure transit however breakages may occur. We can not control the actions of freight providers. Force Majure may apply to glass goods delivery.
        
Refund is not available for returned goods which do not match the goods allocated sale invoice.
      
Refund is not available for returned hardware which demonstrates significant use prior to making a claim.
     
Refund is not available for returned small packaged goods which have been opened or packing damaged rendering the goods unsuitable for resale.
      
Free Return when offered requires the Refund Form to be lodged no later than 14 days after Purchase Date.
 
Free Return when offered will fund the return freight costs of the purchased goods via a consignment note.
 
An electronic copy of the goods Purchase Invoice must be attached to a goods refund application.
 
Please read the complete Goods Refund Policy before lodging this form to achieve refund.
 
Refunds will not be processed until goods are returned and inspected.
