Claims Advice

 
      
Return is automatically approved when:
      
(a) The product received can not be used for its stated purpose.
(b) The product consigned has a manufacturing fault preventing it from being used.
(c) The product received does not match the brand or product as advertised. Excludes updates.
(d) The product received is reported by a qualified electrician as unsafe when consigned.
(e) The product received can not perform the stated purpose identified by the vendor or manufacturer.
(f) The product received is in a condition which would not usually encourage purchase.
(g) The product deemed not fit for purpose is returned within 14 days of purchase.
      
      
      
Before Undertaking a Return or Refund Claim Consider The Following
      
(1) We advise customers do not use ATL due to the existence of porch pirates. If an ATL is used a claim for lost or missing goods may be rejected.
      
(2) A claim of damaged goods being received requires the provision of either photographic evidence or digital video evidence in addition to requested documentation needed for that claim.
      
(3) Free Return when offered will only be in the form of a consignment note to be attached to the goods packaged for Return.
      
(4) BB or Best Before dating is not required on goods with a shelf life greater than two years.
      
(5) BB or Best Before dating is an indication of when aged based deterioration may start but still allow product use after that date if fit for purpose.
      
(6) Free Return offers refund of the advertised "sale price" of goods. It does not include fees paid to third parties as part of the purchase.
      
(7) Due to the risk of contamination return is not available for consigned edible goods or those goods used to manufacture such items.
      
(8) We endeavour to pack glassware to endure transit however breakages may occur. We can not control the actions of freight providers or the time taken for delivery.
        
(9) Return is not available for goods which do not match the goods sale invoice.
      
(10) Return is not available for hardware which demonstrates significant use prior to making a claim.
      
(11) The claimant must provide an electronic duplicate of the Purchase Invoice issued by the vendor for the identified goods as part of the refund or replacement process.
 
(12) Returns will not be processed until goods are inspected by Warwick's Brewing Supplies online store staff or agent.
 
(13) We may at our discretion offer refund or replacement without return however video evidence must be provided of the goods being destroyed before a claim will be processed.
