American IPA
An American IPA, using Chinook, Citra, and Simcoe hops to develop an IPA bitterness. Together they produce a mosaic of aromas ranging from passion fruit, berries, grapefruit, melon, gooseberries, and more while malted with Vienna grain, Crystal to add some sweetness, Munich too develop an orange hue and enhance flavour, and wheat to add to the beer's head.
