• Any addditional charges are usually non-refundable as they may involve monies paid to a third party who have performed their service. If Free Return is offerred return freight costs will be met by the vendor via a consignment note.

• You have been advised before purchase "Change of mind refund" is not available for edible food products, seasonal food products or kits used in the manufacture of food or drink".

• You have been advised the collection of purchases by your self or a representative requires the payment of a non-refundable handling fee.

• You have been advised the collection of purchases by yourself or a representative requires the presentation of a purchase invoice and ID when requested.

• The Vendor is not responsible for refund for missing goods or replacement of goods if the purchaser has not provided accurate or complete up to date delivery details in this shopping cart purchase.

• We take care to ensure goods are packed well but breakages occur. Damaged goods must be returned as a warranty claim by the purchaser within a short time of delivery. A damaged goods claim will not be processed until goods are inspected.
