12.0g WBS Cluster Finishing Hops (Infusion method)
15g Morgan's Premium Ale Yeast (Fermentation temperature range 19o - 26oC)

This recipe pack uses Morgan's Queenslander Gold as its foundation malt and then blended with Dextrose and Maltodextrin to achieve close to XXXX Gold ABV%.
It is infusion hopped with Cluster to influence bitterness.
The small body brew addition offers a slight alcohol increase over the basic kit with a slightly drier mouthfeel.
We find it very close to the commercial product.
Ferment your wort from 190 - 260 Celsius.
