Thomas Coopers Family Secret Amber Ale is a deep copper, mid bodied ale, with biscuit‐malt palate balanced by coffee caramel sweetness, a nutty finish with citrus hop notes. Includes yeast.

Minimum recommended brewing malt addition: 1kg light dry malt. Alternatively a second can may be used instead of brewing sugars or liquid malt to create 23lt of a more full flavoured beer.
