Green Living Australia's Kefir’s culture creates a refreshing probiotic drinking-style milk yoghurt and other non dairy health drinks. Green Living Kefir culture suits dairy milk, coconut milk, sugar water, coconut water, or fruit juice. It contains beneficial yeast as well as friendly probiotic bacteria found in some yogurts. The bacteria and yeast of Green Living Australia Kefir combine to give superior health benefits when consumed regularly.
Just add a small amount of culture into your milk, coconut water, juice, or sugar water, keep warm and 24 hours later you will have a delightful Kefir. We suggest to avoid using an electric yoghurt making unit when making Kefir as it may be too hot for this culture.
Supplied with 2 free sterile jars for storage of the Kefir culture.

- Lactococcus lactis ssp. cremoris

When stored correctly freeze dried lactic cultures are typically viable long after any date on the pack.
