Brewer's Vinometer
Vinometer from Brewing Supplies Online for determining low strength alcohol content of home brew wine, beer wort, mead, spirit wash. Requires only a very small amount of filtered product to take a reading. Does not require same wastage as a standard alcometer.
Fill the funnel until half full. When six drops exit from stem invert and read across the calibration on the stem. Unlike alcometers this instrument is calibrated for colder temperatures ie: 150C. Product being sampled must sediment free as it will produce an incorrect reading.
