Mangrove Jack's New Zealand Brewer's Series Pale Ale home brew kit produces a delicious Pale Ale with a fruit and malt character balanced by a light bitterness.
Each kit can requires the addition of at least 1.2kg of additional pale liquid malt extract or 1kg of dry brewing sugar to make up to 23 litres. Alternatively a second pouch may be used instead of brewing sugars or liquid malt to create 23lt of more full flavoured beer.
