Maltodextrin Brewing Sugar 500g
Maltodextrin (Corn Syrup) is a superior brewing sugar used to increase body and mouth feel in craft home brew beer. Maltodextrin is only 30% fermentable so its unfermented solids increase the "thickness" of the beer producing a creamy, closed head.
Ideal for adding a creamy head to an irish cream beer, a dark ale, or a cider.
Not recommended for use in CO2 dispensing systems.
